  2. For computer animation you should use Q-Factor = 23 and Block Limit = 240.
  3. For video you should use Q-Factor = 13-17 and Block Limit = 240.  Start 
  4. with the high Q-Factor and keep reducing by one until you get a 
  5. successful grab, this will depend on the video and where on the drive the 
  6. video is being saved.  Also keep your drive optimized and as free as 
  7. possible for best results.
